Hello, I’m Tom.
I’m a highly qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and personal trainer with many years of professional experience. I work in elite sport, but also coach a range of private clients—from families to busy business executives, ACL rehab to avid cyclists and runners (men and women). I’m very approachable, offer a unique, holistic and science-backed approach and enjoy creating tailored programmes to suit the precise needs, fitness levels and goals of my clients.
I have a BSc in Strength and Conditioning Science and have worked in some of London’s leading health & fitness clubs, the Royal Ballet School and Fulham FC Academy. Alongside my private personal training clients in central London, I’m also the lead Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach for Millwall FC, implementing and overseeing the long-term athletic development programme.
